What We Do in Every Town

• HVAC replacement and installation: air conditioners, heat pumps and gas furnaces, starting with a free in-home estimate.
• Repairs: cooling repair and service and heating repair and service.
• 24/7 emergency service for no heat, no cooling and other urgent problems. Our standard is 24-hour turnaround: from your call to your system running again, for most repairs.
• Repair visits: $125 service fee, credited toward the repair when you go ahead with the repair or a new system. Comfort Club members don’t pay service fees.
• Second opinions: free before you decide on a replacement; $100 to evaluate a system another company recently installed.
• Water filtration for your home.
• Financing through FTL Finance and other lenders, for repairs and new systems (subject to credit approval).

The Same Installation Standard Everywhere We Work

A new system in Dalton gets the same checks as one in Roswell. Our Installation Standard covers, as applicable to the equipment and project:

• Airflow and ductwork: duct evaluation, total external static pressure, airflow and blower settings.
• Refrigerant commissioning: nitrogen flowing while brazing, pressure test, line flush when reusing lines is appropriate, deep vacuum, charge verified by superheat and subcooling, TXV evaluated where supported.
• Gas furnaces: temperature rise, gas pressure, flue sizing and venting.
• Electrical and controls: supply voltage, amp draws, control-board settings.
• Condensate: drainage verified before we leave.
• Permits: pulled on every replacement.

Warranty Coverage on New Systems

10-year manufacturer parts warranty on qualifying equipment (registration may be required), a 10-year labor warranty from Comfort Medics, and our lifetime craftsmanship guarantee. Optional third-party extended coverage, such as JB Warranties, is available.
